© Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2012, 2015, All Rights Reserved. In this chapter key anatomy of this ligament is reviewed, a stepwise clinical assessment to recognize medial side instability is suggested, and surgical techniques to address medial instability are discussed.
