  • Nonlinear optical interactions enable observation and manipulation of biological tissues with cellular resolution in vivo. We use multiphoton microscopy and femtosecond laser ablation to study health and function of brain cells after disruption of microvessels. © 2010 OSA/FiO/LS 2010.
