abstract

  • Our findings indicate that the ability of the liver to effectively cross-present soluble protein to antigen-specific CD8(+) T cells depends primarily on cDCs. Despite costimulation, other resident liver antigen-presenting cells cannot compensate for the absence of cDCs.
