abstract

  • Cerebral venous thrombosis is a known complication of the puerperium. Cortical blindness has not been reported as a sole manifestation of this syndrome. The authors describe one patient with cortical blindness and two with homonymous hemianopia attributed to puerperal cerebral venous thrombosis.
